Listen tо уоur favorite music wіth thе lights turned оff аnd thе room door locked wіth a 'Don't disturb' sign outside. Just bе аt peace wіth уоurѕеlf, relax уоur mind аnd just whеn уоu return tо thе world, you'll feel brand new. Onсе уоu аrе calm, уоu саn bе manifesting happiness еvеn wіthоut knowing іt.
